A very versatile tool to rename files.
PFrank is a very flexible tool to rename files, which lets you use simple or complex renaming patterns (sequential numbers, prefixes, suffixes, combinations, etc). It can also extract the information from the metadata of each file, for later reuse in the renaming. The program has support for metadata from audio, image, video, email, Office, marked file languages, etc.
PFrank lets you, at all times, preview the changes you are making, to be sure of the results before confirming. In summary, the biggest advantage of this program is its flexibility, as you can create the most complex patterns and rules for renaming, at the same time as being easy to use and control for those of you who only want to change the name of some files without making life complicated.
